(e.g. Denmark, Germany, Italy) in fact have anti-blasphemy laws.

but as far as I know, there have been no prosecutions in some time. 6 states have blasphemy laws still on the books but no one is ever prosecuted, and those laws are unconstitutional.

when the last time blasphemy was charged and convicted in Europe. There are many moronic laws on the books right here in the states that are never used. I also doubt the penalty is death in Europe.

Seven out of 45 countries ranks as many? Sure, crappy laws, but hardly "many." Though, I will give you "surprising."
