If you check out who worked for whom, you will find a remarkable continuity between administrations of the same party. The same people appear over and over again under different Presidents.

Throw in the fact the Clintons are 8-1 against Republicans in elections and the closest Republican is trailing her by thirteen points and your theory holds as much water as a cactus.
