Dutch Court Refuses To Extradite Terrorism Suspect Over US Torture

Dutch authorities have blocked the extradition of Pakistani-Dutch citizen, Sabir Khan, to the United States, citing concerns over torture.

"The whole world is watching, the whole world is watching". And about damn time! Somehow the US thinks that they can do any damn thing they want to - in the name of US Exceptionalism, I guess - and get away with it.

Now, if we could just get the Hague to indict Bush/Cheney as war criminals, maybe we might see the beginnings of change.
