It's a short video, 42 seconds. The beginning is in Russian or Ukrainian, but by the end things will be clearer. Filmed in Mariupol, Ukraine.

Sounded Australian to me, Maybe South Africa or New Zealand. Possibly English but not American. Looks like either special forces or mercenary.
