RNC fires BRYAN FISCHER before trip to Israel - Actually AFA fired him but really RNC

Rachel Maddow broke the news tonight that Bryan Fischer, the spokesperson and Director of Issue Analysis for the American Family Association (and constant source of fodder for blogs like this one), has been fired.
It is because of his toxic anti-gay comments over the years?
Not exactly.

RNC is officially partnered with an organization that is on record even AFTER they fired Fischer saying:

David Lane, the Christian activist who runs the American Renewal Project, also added that “America was founded by Christians for the glory of God and the Christian faith,” which probably didn’t sit well with the Israeli people

So while they go to Israel their message is NO Jews allowed in USA...or anybody else that isnt a rightwing Christian.

I know a man & his family. Over the years they have gone from Pentecostal, to Fundamentalism to End Times Ministry.
Now I am told that they are leaving that all behind and becoming Jewish.
It was a wtf moment for me, indeed.

The best understanding I got out of his reasoning was that they will learn the Jewish faith & practice, & then they are prepared to go out & convert the Jewish to Christianity.

The very important part of this is the RNC has officially partnered with an organization that is ON RECORD stating USA was founded solely as a Christian nation, that we exists SOLELY to spread the Christian religion, and NO other religion is welcome here.

That is their OFFICIAL position.

Which I now assume is the OFFICIAL position of the Republican party
