The UN says ISIS is crucifying children, not some neo-con think tank

Just pointing out that it is something worth taking seriously and there is a very good chance it could be true.

To compare this to the incubators in Kuwait in 1991 is premature.

The same UN that was responsible for the deaths of over 500,000 Iraqi children? Mika Feb 2015 #1

These people have been subjected to a form of hypnosis IMO.

They have been living under that kind of death and destruction for a decade.

Abu Graib and Guantanamo weren't exactly a secret to these guys, either.

Is it any wonder they don't place much value on human life? Or that politically disempowered young religious men who grew up during the war are flocking to the most powerful and ruthless faction in the region?

There's something else going on there.

It's gotten to the point that many posters here are so loathe to say anything bad about anything having to do with Muslims that now even the UN is suspect in their eyes. Even with videos of what the animals are up to on youtube and the favorite channel for violence porn, fox news.

Or just the criminal element that calls itself ISIS? Please clarify.

I will not lump all Muslims together with ISIS because there are so many who would never conceive of such crimes against humanity or execute them.

I'm going to ignore such a ridiculous question and I don't have to clarify shit to someone who is only looking to whine about something. Suffice to say that I'm well aware that most of the victims of isis are themselves Muslim.

But I know how it came across to me. I read it several times. I did ask for clarification in case I was misreading the post and I did not receive any. Now if you will allow him/hrr to respond directly.

Just how to respond is the confusing part. It seems most prudent to me to give military and logistical and technical support and some air cover to a force that is Sunni Arab led. If this comes off as a Shiite victory over the Sunnis or a Western victory over the Sunni Arabs - any victory would be setting the stage for future problems.
