Tell your Senators: CISPA bill hurts privacy. Don't help it to advance.

My letter to my Senators:

Please vote against any cyber-security bill this year.

The House recently passed CISPA which creates a loophole in EVERY privacy law, allowing the release of our passwords, emails, and medical records.

Any cyber-security bill passed by the Senate this year will be merged with the CISPA, and therefore destroy privacy.

We don't need a new cyber-security law.

Under existing law, companies share information about cyber-security.

Under existing law, the FBI has arrested many hackers.

The fearmongering in support of a cyber-security bill follows the fearmongering which led Congress to pass the PATRIOT Act and the Iraq War Resolution.

Congress should say No to fearmongering about hackers.

Please protect our privacy by voting against any cyber-security bill this year.

Feel free to use my words in contacting your Senators.
