Most useless tool in the US House Nebraska Congressman Adrian Smith

Edit

Washington, D.C. – Nebraska Congressman Adrian Smith recently introduced legislation to exempt consumers who purchased coverage under a terminated qualified health plan funded through the Consumer Operated and Oriented Plan (CO–OP) program, such as CoOportunity Health, from paying Obamacare’s individual mandate penalties.

No health insurance for 120000 people is the problem. None of these people were going to pay a penalty. Congress cut funding twice for ACA startup co-ops in the exchange.

Grassley, not so much. The competition is pretty fierce on the Senate Side, with Arkansas' Tom Cotton a promising newcomer.
