Judge Threatens Military, Death, No Lawyer Allowed - for Jeffry Baron
Picture being born and then diagnosed at 2 years of age with Diabetes 1; which results in a prognosis of a life span that will end by age 5. You defy the ideas, beat the case, suffering much along the way and become an internet pioneer who made millions - all on your own. Then, one day, to handle a minor matter, you speak to an attorney and reveal your secret to success. That attorney at law in Dallas, Texas (Peter S. Vogel) then says he wants megabucks from you.
So a Fed Ct Judge (William Royal Ferguson Jr.) - Orders hat Vogel is a "Receiver" over Jeffry Baron and ALL his assets.
Now we will undoubtedly have the Laser Haas naysayers come out and bark all this is bull; but those are the same people (Progressive's purportedly) who argue that Mitt Romney didn't steal eToys, because Bain Capital and Goldman Sachs are good faith corporations.
You can't have a Receiver involved in Bankruptcy (the American Bar Association says so too); and you can't have a counsel that was to work for you, be appointed as Federal Receiver over you. It is an ethics breach screaming foul. As is the notion that there can be a federal receiver appointed over any person who doesn't owe the federal government anything; and has committed no crime.
Below you will see that the Judge threatened death, military/Marines and Jeff Baron was also banned from hiring counsel. Does that sound possible in America? --- By all means - see the proof of public docket records, for yourself.
Yours truly has worked with those who were assisting Jeffry Baron; and I've even posted many threads throughout the web realm. It was reported to me that there was a documentary already in the works. Though I found the trailer for such to be wanting, it was left to the professionals that had funding, time and skills.
Evidently that hasn't worked out so well and Jeffry Baron's mom (Donna) has asked for my help;
and I'm gladly giving to give it to them.

To get a clear picture of what is going on here, one needs only see the judge's words as transcribed. Though several websites have lost their linking, many still remain. Above is the picture of alleged bad faith parties, according to the LawInJustice.com website (here). There's also a Sodahead thread (here) detailing the issue of how the Dallas federal court enslaved Jeff Baron. It has the quote from the court case - verbatim,

Those are the exact words of the court presiding over the case and (illegally) appointing a federal receiver upon Jeffry Baron (click on direct title above and go to page 7). As the crooked justice goes for the jugular, there are so many more bad faith deeds we can tell you. For now, I'll leave you with the following items from the court's own words and a Youtube of Jeffry Baron's mom who asked for our help.
Federal Receivership's have become part of a tyrannical state of affairs in the United States. In most cases, it is a way of presuming guilt, prior to trial; and then seizing the assets to assure inadequate defense.
HOWEVER - in this case - I'm readily on board for the Baron's, simply because of Mr. Vogel being a potential counsel for Jeff Baron, who took private information under the guise of attorney client privilege and used it against Jeffry Baron,
as an Illegal Federal Receiver!

Again - the naysayers NEVER stick with the facts of the tyranny, cronyism and corruption alleged; they simply go for the jugular of the party bringing forth the message and KILL (nix) the conversation - WELL.
