They're publicizing this shit in order to take away my Tricare, which my husband earned with his 20 years of service. Before that, it was CHAMPUS--we were promised free healthcare for life when he signed up.

When I think of how that money could have been used.

When I think of the people who are homeless.

When I think of Obama's community college speech which will probably remain just a speech.

When I think of the repeated cuts to food stamps.

When I think of all the Congressional hand-wringing of how "we" just DON'T HAVE THE MONEY to do anything! How "we" have to think of the national debt! How "we" have to look for more and more ways to cut money from seniors, from the disabled, from the poorest and most vulnerable segments of society...

AND WE ARE PAYING 300 MILLION DOLLARS TO BIG PHARMA SO OUR MILITARY FORCES CAN HAVE ERECTIONS WHILE THEY CARRY THEIR BIG GUNS????!!!!!

THE WRONGNESS OF THIS IS ASTRONOMICAL TO AN INFINITE POWER!!!!!!

Can Congress pass emergency legislation to recapture this money and redirect it into something that ameliorates that actual needs of society?

Be serious: Would you rather the government spent $300 million on dick pills or F-35 fighters? The dick pills work!

and a lot of those guys are also former military who were wounded in service to the US. They also pay for children's vaccines. I used to get my school medical exams at the base hospital. We lined up one day each year in August and we all got examined and vaccinated, like a production line. Very efficient. Hundreds of kids in an afternoon.
