IMO, it is getting more likely that Sanders will run as an IND and brace yourself...

Hillary realizes she can't win and doesn't have the energy or needs the aggravation by running.

Advice for Sanders; decisions, decisions and more decisions! The fear of making serious decisions is a new kind of fear, called decidophobia, proclaimed by Walter Kaufmann at Princeton University in 1973. The fear of making the wrong decisions is well known to any responsible manager.

As Eleanor Roosevelt said, "You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face." Wherever you see a successful business, someone once made a courageous decision. There has never yet been a person in the history of mankind who led a life of ease whose name is worth remembering. The difficulty in life is the choice.

But only as an IND does he even get any media play.

he has a platform to get his message out and can participate in the debates. He has a very slight path to the Presidency. As an independent, he has no path and little chance of getting his message out. His role, and I think he would agree with me, is to use his message to push the Democrats further to the left, to get them discussing his ideas and proposals. Running independent destroys the chances of him doing that. I can't see him running as an independent.

Sanders is pragmatic and would not want to be responsible for a Republican president.
The thought is ridiculous.
And, of course, Hillary is running.

by the ego it would take to make such a ludicrous decision. IMO, of course. The stars would have to line up perfectly to put him in that position. Meaning, Hillary would not run. Nor would any other Democrat.

He is the last person who would want to guarantee a republican win by running third party.

Sanders already declared there is no way he would run as a spoiler, so HUGE FAIL on this prediction since it was false before you even made it.

He has already ruled that out. He understands what a "spoiler" is and doesn't want to be responsible for a third Bush in the White House.

If he runs, he'll run as a Democrat in the primary.
