I know this is extremely small compared to tons of snow but I hate ICE. It should not be a large amount though.

(7,584 posts)New Mexico in a deep freeze...we have a mixture of snow, rain, and ice across the state...how I wish i was in Hawaii right now...11 degrees..very unusual for this time of year......

(50,313 posts)Scary stuff at this temperature, but we're fortunate and have a generator so we're staying warm. I just checked the outage map and in the entire state it's only our little part of an already little town that is without power. I'd sure hate to be a lineperson today. Unless it was a lineperson on Maui.

(12,017 posts)and lost power for a couple of days but this morning we wake up to a light snowfall... maybe 1/2 inch. more to come but not enough to be much of a worry with the warm-up coming this afternoon.
