Likely the current talk of Iran is related to the on-going efforts to roll the government of Syria and kick out Iran and Russia. Headlines yesterday said that Israel and the Saudi have a deal so that Israel can attack Iran using Saudi airspace. When the government of Syria falls, Iran's militias will face whatever force invades Syria. So the airspace deal with the Saudis could then be used to stop Iran from moving into the vacuum.

Of course Israel didn't sign the NPT, while Iran did AND is still in compliance with it.

than to come to terms with what we did to them that made them hate us so (hint: it wasn't about "our freedoms"...unless you count our freedom to interfere with other peoples' governments and lives).
