is stupid enough to just outright have an opponent gunned down in the streets. He is conniving and scheming, not savage. I would think this is more likely some crazed person acting out for the what they believe is the best for Russia, probably brainwashed by all the Putin ordered propaganda they see on TV, like the teahadists here that went on the cop killing spree.

Just my wild speculation, I don't actually know anything!

Attack by at least four men on the footsteps of the Kremlin.
We know Putin has no quams about this kind of thing, and he is prone to act, (see; Ukraine)
My guts say it's him.

Not how a former KGB operative would ever behave.

And you like your cereal with ten tablespoons of Valium?

As if the man has ordered assassinations before, maybe for a living. Or something.

I'd be thinking that killing another rival in a way to make it look like Putin was the culprit would be a move to stifle all the other rivals, make Putin look like crap and flat out eliminate another rival.

Game of Thrones doesn't hold a candle to Russian history when it comes to the backstabbing skullduggery department.
