In the story, I didn't find whose gun went off. It says the victim pulled the gun but story doesn't confirm it was.

First of all he completely destroyed the crime scene which will have hindered the investigation to say the least.

He should be charged with gross abuse of a corpse. This man should have contacted Police right away, he could have then contacted his lawyer instead of destroying evidence by moving the body.

It seems to me this guy is going for an insanity plea if the self defense doesn't work out bcuz who in the hell would rationally think that after killing someone regardless of the circumstances, who would think I better load this body up and take it down to my lawyers office?

This is a first for me...
