Loretta Lynch is now the longest pending AG nominee in 3 decades...she's also black and female

The RepubliKKKlan Party strikes again.

Ash Carter, a white male nominated a month AFTER Loretta Lynch, has already been confirmed by the RepubliKKKlan party.

RepubliKKKlans have raised no formal objections to her. So why the hold up?

Where is the media?

It's all about Obama. The Republicans would be holding up anyone Obama nominated now. Holder was incredibly smart to say he wouldn't step aside until AFTER his successor was confirmed.

(Edit, well, unless he nominated a Republican-minded type. But they even grow to hate the Republicans he puts forward. Look what happened to Hagel.)

He nominated Ash Carter a month after he nominated Loretta Lynch, yet he was confirmed and she hasn't even been given a vote.

And Carter merely got bumped up one position. He was already the assistant for several years, and probably already handling much of what his 'new' position handles.

But Republicans have a special hate for both Obama and Holder, and it gives them indigestion that they can't simply get rid of Holder and then NOT let Obama have a replacement. So they're waffling, trying to decide just how much they hate Holder.

To email Mitch, you have to go thru his web page. Easy.

Today is 117 days.

Starting tomorrow and every day there after, add one more day and email to Mitch with just the number i.e. tomorrow will be "118". Every day. Do it! His staff will catch on after the second or third email.
