(99,710 posts)I can remember where I was, in the waiting room at Coggin Osteen Honda in Orlando, Florida, when he said he was getting out of the race because he "learned" the Republicans were going to disrupt his daughter's savings.

A week is a long time in politics. 20 months is an absolute eternity.

(20,864 posts)He seemed to understand the issues of the working class and wasn't afraid to talk about them. After all his solutions became well known... he lost a lot of popularity.
