they aren't guilty of "treason". Treason has a VERY specific legal definition in the Constitution:

Article 3 Section III:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.

from negotiating with the U.S. so it is hard to see it as aiding our enemies. Opposing our best interests, yes, aiding, no.

as agents of a foreign country (Israel) and against the country's whose Constitution they swore to uphold when they were sworn into office.

A pattern of behavior has been established Netenyahu's invite to speak before Congress against our Country's foreign policy and then signing what can only be described as threatening letter to Iran. If that is not acting as Agents of a foreign country, I don't know what would.

isn't considered an enemy.

I would think that the law which makes it illegal for foreign governments to lobby congress would be an issue, but none of those laws apply to Republicans.

Congress revoked the Sedition law in 1920.
And, in any event, the law applied only when USA was at war, specifically the First World War.
