An observation: Rs have forgotten all about Cuba.
Poor Rubio. The have grabbed onto a bigger bone and will likely choke on it. I was thinking about this just now. It is like they can only deal with one thing at a time since the are trying to write a script. Sorry to mix metaphors but I like it when they lose the plot.
