Fox News is reporting, via sources, that Ferguson, Mo., Police Chief Tom Jackson will resign today following the Department of Justice report. CNN is reporting that Jackson has indicated he is willing to step down, but does not mention timing. The police department has not made any announcement. -

If he wants to save his pension, and his ass, he would be wise to "retire" immediately, given the release of the report about the dept.
Let's hope this is indeed an accurate news leak.
