FOR reported today that OU's Sigma Alpha Epsilon chapter, which was shut down after a racist video surfaced Sunday evening, is planning to pursue legal action against the University of Oklahoma, and possibly OU President David Boren.
The group has hired high-profile attorney Stephen Jones to represent them.
Jones told NewsChannel 4 the group is outraged over President Boren shutting down the fraternity house and branding all SAE members as racists and bigots.

Stephen Jones represented the Oklahoma City terrorist Timothy McVeigh. He must be so proud of himself.

They want something but it isn't a trial.

(5,756 posts)There is absolutely nothing that can go well about such a suit for SAE as a national fraternity.
Just the thought of what could come out in discovery probably terrifies SAE national. If not, then they don't have very good lawyers.
