High voter turn out in Israel - can't be good for Bibi

Voter turnout passes 2013 levels

As of 8pm local time – with plenty of time left for Israelis to vote – voter turnout has reached 65.7% and surpassed its corresponding level in 2013, of 63.9%.

Turnout is now at its highest since the 1999 election, Tablet’s Yair Rosenberg points out, and the Jerusalem Post’s political correspondent Gil Hoffman shames Americans a little for their lack of electoral enthusiasm.

Voter turnout passes up turnout from 2 years ago at this time. Already 65.7%. That # will never happen in the US! And there's 2 hours left!

Add to that the ability of GOP to pull off their election deceits - this election there kinda has the feel of our 2004 election. This prospect keeps me cautious.

Hope we don't hear that the exit polls aren't accurate (like Ohio 2004 when they stole that state)

when it comes to power. Bushes, Cheney, Putin, Bibi, Assad, and dozens of other dictators around the globe. They are wired the same way.

I know that's how it typically works here, but not sure if it's universal.

Yep exactly!! thats why sometimes i dont get the anti israel sentiments in some liberal circles. They have a lot of liberals in that country! Just like here they dont always vote. We need NGO in israel to turn out the liberal vote. ANYTIME israel votes over 70 percent the left wins the elections.
