State Dept. Has No Record Of Hillary Exit Doc Requested By RNC, Fox News

The State Department said on Tuesday that it does not have a record of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton signing an exit document that would have given the State Department access to her classified materials.

State Department Spokeswoman Jen Psaki told reporters that they don't have record of Condoleezza Rice or Colin Powell signing the form, either.

Following the news that Hillary Clinton deleted the non-work related emails on her personal account before handing her communications over to the government, Fox News and the Republican National Committee submitted requests for Clinton's OF-109 form. By signing the document, Clinton would have agreed to hand over her official records to the State Department.

Although some claim that all government officials must sign the form before leaving their posts, Psaki said that the form is not necessarily used by all officials and departments.
