'Hannity' returns to Panama City Beach for spring break after last year's report on wild partying

Once again, a reporter for the Fox News show "Hannity" will be going in the trenches -- trenches created specifically to play beer pong -- for another series of reports on the college spring break season in Panama City Beach, Fla.

The Washington Post's Erik Wemple reports that "Hannity" correspondent Ainsley Earhardt will take a camera crew to the beach on Saturday to follow up on a series of reports the show aired last year highlighting wild spring break behavior.

Those national reports caused a stir in the Panama City Beach community and one angry club owner went so far as to blame the Hannity reports for new city ordinances passed to tame spring break. Those ordinances will force bars in Panama City Beach to close at 2 a.m. instead of 4 a.m. during March, as well as force those drinking on the beach to have ID on them, and place limitations on large-scale events hosted on the beach.

"This would have not been an issue had it not been for Hannity and his, you know, I call it an assault on the beach," said Sparky Sparkman, owner of the Spinnaker Beach Club, when the ordinances passed last fall. "College spring break was basically over when he did that, and he had a mission. He was on a ratings-seeking mission and he took advantage of us and blind-sided us."

"Sparky Sparkman"?

Furthermore, the average Fox News viewer's age is 68.8. Of course, this kind of "wild partying" programming attracts the "get off my lawn" audience.

I'm sure no-penis Hannity tries to hold special parties in his suite with drunk youngsters, he's such a sport.

Still, I thought of this radio skit. It's a Bob and Tom radio deal:
