“Sodomite Suppression Act”? Calls for the Death Penalty.

This Lunatic (lawyer) resides in my state..
Should this story just be classified as Insanity and just not be covered by anyone..
Or should he be immediately confronted and ripped apart letter by letter..
Should I have even bothered to Post?
Seriously..

A joke.

(Poe's Law may be in effect...)

It's just so bizarre, the words in this supposed "bill."

Which, kind goes in line with many of these types of actions. They are more concerned with "gay sex" than most gay people!

In itself, it's clearly harmless - the danger to gay rights comes from more mainstream Republicans who might actually get things passed, not from people like this.

The slightly harder question is whether by associating "anti-gay" with "obviously mad", he's helping, or whether by giving Republicans something to triangulate against he's harming.

But, either way, he won't change much, and can safely be dismissed.

as literature in public schools. Couldn't get enough signatures to get his proposal on the ballot.

It will be interesting to see whether he does better with the signature gathering process this time.
