Idaho House OKs resolution calling on Congress to impeach pro-gay marriage judges

http://www.lgbtqnation.com/2015/03/idaho-house-oks-resolution-calling-on-congress-to-impeach-pro-gay-marriage-judges/

The Idaho state House on Friday voted in favor of a non-binding resolution calling on the U.S. Congress to impeach federal judges who rule in favor of same-sex marriage.

The GOP-led chamber voted 44-25 in to support the measure; 11 Republicans and all 14 House Democrats were opposed....

Shepherd says recent rulings ending bans on same-sex marriage show that federal judges are adjudicating against the intent of the U.S. Constitution.

House Minority Leader John Rusche, D-Lewiston, said the resolution shows a “fundamental error” in understanding the role of the nation’s judiciary.

On January 1, 2016, I am going to need a passport to fly between Spokane and Seattle because it's illegal for the Idaho Transportation Department to issue a Real ID-compliant driver's license...but those jackasses had all the time in the world to debate three abortion bills, hold a show trial for adding "sexual orientation and gender identity" to the state antidiscrimination law, freak out over a Hindu minister giving the invocation before one day's business, and argue for a whole day about some nothing bill declaring a giant salamander the state amphibian and whether doing it would lead the EPA to take over the state.
