Marta and I used to eat at their full-service restaurant before they sold it. Food out of the truck has a good following too.

Jacklyn and Moisés Salgado understand the tortilla-thin margin of small-business profit.
They own and run the For the Love of Food Truck, found almost daily at 1902 Galvin Road South in Bellevue. They sell burritos, tacos, biscuits and gravy and other items from their silver truck.
The Salgados this year acquired health insurance for the first time, selecting a plan for their family at OneWorld Community Health Centers through the online marketplace.
Its not just a relief to know they and their two children are covered, Jacklyn Salgado said. Going without insurance has a stigma.
