I just want to point out that the opposite of progressive is not conservative.

The opposite of progressive is regressive.

A conservative is someone who wants to keep things as they are, not someone who wants to return to the XIXth century.

There is no such thing as an ultra conservative. That's like saying very unique. If you're unique, you can't be more unique. Unique is an absolute.

But you can be ultra regressive. If you think the XIXth century is too enlightened and progressive for your tastes and want to return to the Middle Ages. Or even further back, to the Dark Ages.
