The problem they have is lack of the complete control they want. The meltdown sprung earlier then they wanted in 2008 and I think the recovery will progress a little faster then they want now. I see signs of employment improvement on the horizon in my own area, new companies opening up and they are just starting to take applications. I just don't think they can control everything the way they wish they could.
