We've got to step up our conservation efforts before it's too late. We're not protecting our lands and natural resources. Take the Grand Canyon for example; I'm sure that at one time it was a beautiful piece of land, and just look at the way we've let it go.

Amazing isn't it, how his material still holds up....though I keep seeing hidden references to 'tricky dick' in his mannerisms.

Tommy has been on John Fuglesang's new Sirius radio show. As funny and relevant as ever.

...back in my days as a musician I played the Smothers Brothers show a couple of times, and had multiple opportunities to hang with them. I told them they were heroes for what they did on that show. Tommy joked about it like it didn't work out too well for them; I said he probably didn't care, but he place in history was set on the side of the angels.

Also I rented him my bass and he was very nice to it.

I really enjoyed Pat Paulsen, and those guys allowed him the platform.

Just a common, ordinary, simple savior of America's destiny.
