Clinton aides have spoken of their personal disappointment, but according to people engaged in recent discussions going over the past scandals of her life would've been such a chore. Apparently Travelgate, Whitewater, Filegate, and Vince Foster were simply things that Clinton aides were afraid to address. Many within her camp had advocated her staying out of the fray until the summer, and with good reason, the scandals that have occurred in the past few weeks were the nail in the coffin to a Hillary Clinton candidacy.
Liberals were heard celebrating in the early morning of April 1st, and Draft Warren has suddenly got an upsurge of donations.
Hillary Clinton and her close advisers have determined that because of the Benghazi fiasco and email scandal that she will be unable to win the presidential race. Her decision in April, a move that alleviated uncertainties within her party, opens up the landscape for other great progressives like Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, and Martin O'Malley to run for the candidacy in what is seen as to be a hotly contested primary.

(62,276 posts)If she doesn't, holy shit, so many people would be running. Warren would probably even run...
We wouldn't lose if she doesn't run, though, it'd invigorate the base so much.
If she runs it'd be "meh."
But this is April Fools day and why am I responding seriously?!?
Run Warren run!

(55,981 posts)a choice. She made that choice a decade or two ago. What I don't understand is how some think she is immune to discussion until she announces. Seems her supporters are afraid of putting her stands on issues up for debate.
