Charlie Victor Romeo (WARNING: Intense)

CVR is a film showing real-life portrayals by actors of six airline crashes, using near-verbatim black box transcripts of the cockpit crews trying to handle the situations and avert disaster.

This is the PBS trailer. The full-length film is also available on You Tube.

That it is accurate enough to be used by the USAF speaks for its compelling narrative, all taken from cockpit voice recorders (CVR = Charlie Victor Romeo).
