Once again, Texas leads the charge to the bottom

Truly disgusting. I despair seeing this crap come out of Austin. I am so sad (and ashamed) to say I am a Texan. We never used to be this cruel, nor so reliant upon ignorance and hate. Now it is 'business as usual' for us.
