The US government improperly seized my land worth one million dollars

and it can be proven the seizure was illegal and improper.

Should they pay me back?

They also prevented me from using that land for 20 years and I can prove that during those 20 years I could have profited 5 million dollars growing my crops.

Should I be reimbursed?

Do I have a reasonable case, ya think?

This kind of case tends to be difficult to present, but there's a case, it appears, with good advocacy.

act in violation of the law. Thus, unless there was a tolling of the statute of limitations or any other unusual circumstance, you would not have a case as the Court would no longer have jurisdiction over the matter.

nor do you say when or how they prevented you from farming for 20 years.

You did, however backtrack a bit when asked specifics about the seizure. Keep changing the case when I ask, say, if it was a tax forfeiture.

BTW, believing the seizure was improper and proving it in court are two different things.
