I remember being worried that on-lookers might start something vile, but at least where I was standing, the people were quiet and respectful. I created a bit of a stir when I yelled to a friend when I saw Bobby Kennedy. I was very embarrassed.

The simplicity of the mule-drawn carriage was a very powerful visual that still gives me chills when I think about. And the marchers seemed to go on forever. It is memory of a lifetime.
