... and Obama equally as nebulous on his current stance on this issue if he were secretary of state earlier and working on it with other countries like Clinton did.

It would be interesting in that context how the events of Ferguson and other situations of violence against people of color would have played out if Hillary rather than Obama would have been president, and how it would have affected the coming race, and whether Obama would use that issue then more strongly in his campaign then.
