Okay, how about this as part of the literacy test: Can you legally be registered to vote in more than one precinct? Have you ever registered to vote in more than one precinct?
I suppose there could be other questions:
Q: Where was President Obama born?
A: Hawaii
B: Kenya
C: Somewhere else
Q: Is cutting taxes just before launching two elective invasions and occupations a wise move if you're concerned about adding to the deficit?
A: Are you high?
B: Yes
C: Hell, yes
D: America, fuck yeah!
Any other questions folks can suggest that would weed out undesirable voters?
