Went to the National Civil Liberty Museum in Memphis today. Really impressed.

It is completely understated and extremely powerful. Essentially they took the hotel where Rev King was assassinated and blocked off the street. They have inlaid slate to mark the path of the bullet across the road. It is a time capsule. We stood in silence in the early morning, had the place to ourselves. Profound, powerful.
