I'm looking for McConnell to back out of calling a vote for Loretta Lynch's appointment.

First, getting 5 GOP senators to vote for her seems impossible given their racism and the hate for Obama. Second, why would they want to help the President?

There are at least five Republican Senators (including Mark Kirk of Illinois and John Cornyn of Texas - I don't have the full list handy) who are willing to confirm Lynch because they hate Holder, and Holder has promised to stay on the job until a successor is confirmed.

If the Democrats were interested in purely playing politics and demagoguing this nomination like the Republicans have, they could wait until a vote is scheduled, then have Lynch withdraw her nomination because of the unprecedented (there's that word again!) foot-dragging by the Senate. Then we could start all over again, and wouldn't that be fun?

We really need to take back control of the asylum in 2016.
