I was so curious to know where the call was heading that I was tempted to say uncertain . . . but I just couldn't make myself.
So I said pro-choice and she said goodbye.
Whatever.
ON EDIT: If I ever get a do-over, I'll say, "why are you asking?" And if they say they're conducting a poll, I'll ask them for whom.

But alas, I can't do it

(7,499 posts)4. I have no patience with calls like this
I'd just say "I'm pro no-call list, and you've violated it. I'm sure you'll be hearing from the appropriate agency soon."

pollsters were able to bribe their own little exemption to the DNC list.

(4,003 posts)7. I always tell them that I am pro Life, anti war, etc.
But, I neglect to tell them that I am also pro choice until I hear whatever they have to say.

I don't know why I got the call.

(21,054 posts)9. LOL, I would have said I am "pro-life" because I am against the death penalty.
Wonder what the reaction would have been to that??

(108,990 posts)10. Good point. Next time I'll be ready.
"I'm pro-life, of course. (Pause) I'm totally against the death penalty."
