Work for the Republican party and build up loyalty points.
Jockey yourself into a position where they allow you to run for Congress (when the current asshole becomes a lobbyist)
Once you are in office, just vote however they tell you to vote (no reading or thought required)
After a few terms, retire and become a lobbyist yourself.
This also paves the way for someone else to become a millionaire.
See how easy this is?
*note: this may also work for some Democratic districts as well.
