This is not a gun post. That word doesn't appear anywhere in the story.

A dispute over a vehicle at a Bellevue apartment complex Sunday led to four arrests and two officers suffering minor injuries.
Bellevue police said the incident began about 9:30 a.m. when the vehicle was to be towed by a truck from the apartment complex parking lot southeast of North Fort Crook and East Childs Roads.
Police said Pablo Ochoa, 49, was arrested on suspicion of obstructing an officer; Silvia Ochoa, 45, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and obstructing an officer; Silvia Petermann, 25, was arrested on suspicion of obstructing an officer, assaulting an officer, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace; and Maria Rosales-Ochoa, 21, was arrested on suspicion of obstructing an officer, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.
Sgt. Mike Corrigan said Pablo Ochoa and Petermann were also arrested on suspicion of criminal mischief after they kicked out windows in the back of a Bellevue police cruiser.

A suspected burglar died Sunday morning after being shot by police at a drugstore in Fountain Valley, authorities said.
Officers responded to a commercial burglary call about 4 a.m. at a Rite Aid in the 18300 block of Brookhurst Street (map), where they discovered the stores glass front door had been shattered, said Sgt. Tony Luce of the Fountain Valley Police Department.
Police entered the store, observed a suspected burglar and opened fire, Luce said. It was unclear what prompted the shooting.
The unidentified person was struck once by gunfire and transported to a hospital in critical condition, according to the Police Department.

Sit on them, pump a few bullets in them then say they tried to grab your taser on gun.

An officer opened fire on a stolen vehicle that drove toward police after a pursuit early Sunday morning in Huntington Beach, officials said.
At least two occupants, possibly three, were inside the vehicle and were being sought after abandoning it in a cul-de-sac, the Huntington Beach Police Department said in a statement.
Officers began chasing the vehicle about 2:50 a.m. near the intersection of Edinger Avenue and Edwards Street, the statement said.
The pursuit ended in the Huntington Harbor area, where police conducted a felony traffic stop, according to the department.
The driver turned the vehicle around and drove it toward the officers, one of whom fired multiple shots, authorities said. It was unclear if any of the occupants were struck by gunfire.

Open fire then say the vehicle is a 4,000lb deadly weapon.

(7,234 posts)3. Body camera records deputy shooting Pasco resident's dog
DADE CITY (FOX 13) -
A Dade City dog owner is furious after a Pasco County deputy opened fire on her dog, killing it, while responding to a burglar alarm call.
The incident happened at a home on Bellamy Brother Boulevard where a silent alarm had been triggered Friday. The shooting was recorded by the deputy's body camera.
The deputy arrived and, in order to get onto the property, hopped over a gate that had several warning signs about the owner's dogs.
Homeowner Carla Gloger says if the deputy would have opened the gate and drove down the long driveway to the house instead of hopping the fence and walking, the situation might have been prevented. The deputy, though, said the gate was locked.
The walk down the driveway
The body camera rolled as he walked down the driveway and approached the house. That's when two Rottweilers, estimated to be more than 70 pounds each, ran toward him. The deputy can be seen drawing his gun and shooting one of the animals.
FOX 13 is not posting the full video due to its graphic nature. After the deputy shoots the dog, it can be heard yelping in pain. The owner runs out of the house. You shot my dog, she yells. He came right at me, ma'am, the deputy responds. I got it on camera. I got it on camera.
