I won't be sorry to see these parasitic businesses go. I would like to believe we are seeing creative destruction.

and provide low cost banking and check cashing services to the public.

Unlike predatory private check cashing lenders, which are basically legal loan sharks. If I had any power, this sort of business would be illegal.
