They will be able to arrest the guy as we had on a unique outfit and earlier (on CNN) had his mask down and his face revealed.

I can't believe the police did not move over to protect that hose the minute it was connected. The police seem to be really disorganized and at a lost as to how to handle this. otoh - the protesters are making the claim that the police are deliberately letting this happen.
