I have seen it first hand innocent black people getting stopped for being black. They have reached a breaking point. So I guess you got no problem with the white frat boys rioting and destroying during the pumpkin festival at Keane college in New Hampshire. Or the crazies at the Bundy ranch.

When murder, mostly of people who look just like you, seems legal because it is done by police to the poor people...

I do understand how it seems EVERYONE in society who is positioned above you -is- an enemy.

And that means police, local store owners, pay-day lenders, etc.

Violence isn't productive. Interesting (meh!) how after smashing cities around SW Asia, we come back to preaching our belief in that when it occurs in OUR cities by people WE suppress when WE see there might be something that challenges the status quo.

Please explain to me how destroying the businesses serving their community helps them? Cause from my white perspective all I can think is, where will they get their food tomorrow. Or any of the other necessities of life that have just been destroyed.

I suppose it could be a catharsis for pent up anger but the end result will be a lack of willingness to invest in their community. As a White guy if I was looking for places to invest my money the last place I would pick would be the one that has shown a willingness to take out their anger on the innocent businesses that were trying to serve them.

Maybe there will be a huge influx of investment from black people who think that sort of behavior makes the community attractive Somehow I doubt it though.

Which leaves them better off how?
