This man is a hero to justice. He may not have an arm load of liquor, but get every bit as heroic as the protesters who do.

is flying. From his body position, the officer could just be bad at it. Looks like he might be about to catch it with his face.

Like he quickly stepped up to stop the object. That's kind of a weird stance to take if you were going to throw something.
