Woman who threatened to kill white cops out on bond

EAST POINT, Ga. -- The woman who threatened to kill white police officers is out of jail on a $10,000 bond.

Ebony Monique Dickens posted the bond Thursday at 6:19 am.

New details about her background emerged in court Wednesday afternoon at her bond hearing. She was charged with dissemination of information to facilitate terroristic threats after she posted on a Facebook page under the name Tiffany Milan.

The threat included a call to action and specifics about her plan to "kill at least 15 tomorrow" and "I can pull it off."

Apparently she has a Master's Degree in legal studies. One might think she would know this was illegal and that she was undoubtedly going to be arrested.

Though they are just words. They got a warrant to search her house over it. Then found a gun. But I doubt she was serious or able to incite anyone to actually do anything.

should we just assume the poster is not "serious or able to incite anyone to actually do anything"?

6. No that's a specific person saying they will do it out of nowhere

She's venting generally. And she's an adult. Depends on the case. Some kid saying they were going to shoot up the school wouldn't result in an arrest but intervention.

Uh - yeah it would. I've seen cases of kids charged with terrorist threats for social media posts threatening to kill other students. It's not that uncommon.

I agree, with her education, she would know this was illegal.

Either it was done on purpose for publicity, or she was just stupid.

Probably a bit of both. Stupid and showing off for her friends.
