A bullet-proof vest is defensive. Being in public in a bullet proof vest invokes police response

even if you are parole officers.

Strange. If police don't want the legal advantage to shoot people, why is there no right to wear, completely passive, defensive, bullet resistant attire?

Bullet proof vests are an insult upon the officers' right to kill citizens, especially black people.



These "parole officers" should have known better, being black and all, that they would raise attention, I mean driving a car and pretending to be regular citizens.
