The National Security Agency will begin winding down its controversial surveillance programs this weekend unless Congress reaches a deal to maintain them, the Department of Justice warned in a memo to lawmakers on Wednesday.

and does it make me a conspiracy theorist if I take pretty much everything the government says with a pound of salt?
After all, I think they believe lies are okay if they are in the "best interest" of, well, whatever it is they want to do.
I don't get all freaked out about this stuff, I just don't believe them, and carry on.

I believe that the National Spy Agency has been spying on people illegally, that they conspired to do so with help of other people
and depts, in the Gov't, and now that they have been caught, they will devise other ways of using the data they have and of obtaining more.
