WASHINGTON A Twitter post recently caught the eye of Bill McKibben, the environmental advocate and godfather of the Keystone XL pipeline protests. It included an image from The Simpsons showing Homer and his family basking in mountains of cash in their living room, followed by a report on Hillary Rodham Clintons appearing at a fund-raiser with a lobbyist from the Keystone fight.
Mr. McKibbens environmental organization, 350.org, has been trying to raise awareness about the ties it sees between lobbyists for the oil pipeline and former aides to Mrs. Clinton. He promptly shared the post with his 150,000 Twitter followers, and the reaction was immediate.

(135,425 posts)There's a post on this very board that is using WASHINGTON TIMES (Rev. Moon--loonytune far right rag) material, "leftwashed" through a blog, to try to crap on Clinton. Tons of low post count enthusiasts are weighing in to beat the band over how wonderful this unknown blogger's load of crap is.
It's not even subtle anymore--it's like Kim Jong Un is writing the propaganda AND supplying the "cheering" crowds.

(13,616 posts)to run left, which is in response to the efforts of some placing pressure on her to turn right, is NOT the same as wanting her to lose. We just do not want her to make the same mistake of running rightward that will allow the GOP to eat her alive.
